Boaosi team urgently designed and manufactured a fully automatic mask production line. These lines started running after debugging. The efficiency is 45 pieces per minute, that is 21600 pieces per shift (8 hours). The masks, coming out of the line, have passed third party professional test,which means they meet national standard requirements.
The main procedures of this line include, cloth uploading, folding and press, nose clip uploading, mask body molding, mask body cutting, ear-loop cutting and welding, finished mask collection, etc..
