The wndow regulaotr assembly line consists of four wokrstations, which is compaible for front and rear row window regulators production.  DOPAG metering valve and regulator are used to control greasing quantity precisely. For key components locating, use 2-pin-2-bolt method to ensure assembly precision. Quick-connector is hired for connection between tooling and machine for quick changeover purpose. Machine also minitors screw tightenng sequene, quantity and torque.Pres force is also under monitoring. On EOLT, XLG system is taken to test motor working condition. There is an angle between tooling installation bench and workbench which is convenient for operator loading and unloading products. SIEMENS PLC is taken for control system.
