This production line uses robot-island mode, improving efficiency by well-coordinated working of multiple manipulators. The first half of the line integrates 3 robots, the second half integrates 5 robots, thus there is 8 robots in total. There was 16 operators working for the old line, and now it only needs 4 operators. Meanwhile, the working efficiency tripled. This line is a highly flexible automatic line, which is compatible for other thermostat valve models with similar structure. Fixture changeover can be done in 15 minutes. It takes the latest tightening technology, that is, six-axel manipulator carries tightening spindle which achieves action at any angle and orientation.
